Are you ready to step into a leadership role?
NCMA is currently looking for capable leaders to help us lead our online program!
Pastors are shepherds of God's flock, entrusted with the spiritual care and guidance of the congregation. They serve as spiritual leaders, offering support, counsel, and encouragement to members of the community. Through prayer, teaching, and pastoral care, pastors minister to the needs of individuals and families, fostering a sense of belonging and spiritual growth within the assembly.

Alongside their pastoral duties, pastors play a central role in leading worship services and facilitating meaningful encounters with God. They prepare and deliver sermons, drawing from biblical teachings to inspire and challenge the congregation in their faith journey. Additionally, pastors oversee the observance of Holy Days and other religious festivities, ensuring that these occasions are celebrated in a manner that honors God and strengthens the bonds of fellowship among believers.

If this is you, don't wait!
